If I was able to give a -1 star I would have. It's unfortunate because they are usually really good just not on this occasion. I waited for close to 25mins, for my order crazy I know. Two other patrons demanded a refund as they didn't want to wait. When I finally got my order it was wrong. I ate it however with the intention of making a complaint which I had. While waiting for my meal we were witnessing the cook argue with front staff. My nieces food was also wrong. Not a good day 😣😣😣

Want to give it a 0. Very poor customer service. No one ever smiles here. Every time I have visited there they never have the Frappe. Always the machine is broken. Never they apologize to you that you waited in the drive thru for ages and the item you want isn't available. Drive thru is extremely slow. They do not answer their phone if you trying to contact them. I went there on 24/2/18 and this will be my last visit there.

Waiting time was too long. And burgers are not very presentable. Disappointed as they used to be really good. I think being too busy make them stress out and staff can be seen like stressed out. If you are just looking for a quick burger fix, this is not the place to go.

Beggers outside the doors make it very intimidating to go in. Right after placing my order I Turned around and had someone from outside ask me for money, I was not happy. Will not be coming back. There spoiling what used to be a good place to take the family for lunch
