The manager was totally unprofessional and took incorrect order. Did not give me my bill and order and gave me the wrong order and when asked, she lied abt the order. The cameras can be checked to prove her wrong. The employees are much better than the manager. Kindly fire the manager. Kindly don't place an order with the manager lady. She needs to be fired.

Terrible. Jst a simple order. Asked for light sauce on big mac. The first time the bottom bun was swimming in the sauce. I took it back and politely asked for another one. NoW the seconD time the middle bun was now swimming in the sauce. WHY WHY WHY. NEVER EVER spending money here. And it wasnt even packed only 3 customers at the time. Be warned dont make order complicated.

Okay but staff mix up orders or some of the order is missing and sometimes the food tastes off or we find a hair in the burgers.

Coke was warm and had no fizz. Requested to fix, tried again. no fiz. (Like an opened old warm bottle of old coke...). Changed to Fanta. Same flat. Requested for money back, no receipt was given at the counter. No money back. Not recommended.
