Shared two Family Feasts between a group of 8 yesterday. Sat outside in the cool breeze, as it was a bit stuffy inside. Meal arrived quickly and quite tasty. In-house bottled water could have been colder. Plates and cutlery were clean. Was reasonably busy (about 4.30pm on a Sunday) but thankfully didn't have to shout to hear conversation.

Visited manukau branch for the first time. Got my order quickly but the full chicken was cold and dry. The pieces did not look appetizing at all. Had to ask for the chicken to be heated. Really disappointed and this has put me off from having nandos.

I tried calling to place order called 4 times calls get cut after 2 mins of ringing no reply --- ended up dining elsewhere, Would have loved Nandos always have - -- They could have lost quite a few customers for Sunday afternoon with the poor Telephone service

Staff are very awkward and lazy, the quality of the food is poor compared to the other branches, my portion sizes of half chicken are very small compared to the others. The only good thing about this place is one member of stay that is very polite and seems to do all the work. Her name is Brooke
