28th October around 12pm. Me and my son wanted to grab some ice cream. So we waited by the counter to be serve but..we didn't get serve.! as she was too busy playing on her phone. She looks at me once without greeting or even acknowledge taking our order & went back to her phone. Really?? Why you hire someone like this when she doesn't wanna take orders or acknowledge customer service. Worse person to be in your company. If this is the type of person you hire to work, Manager must have low standards & lack of choice in workers.
Will never return to this place for ice cream.
