Now choosing these guys EXCLUSIVELY! and here's why:

It used to be that i got all my work done by a cheaper mechanic who is a family friend and has been doing work for my family ever since i used to live on the coast. I only came to these guys occasionally for emergencies as they are just down the road from me. But every time I've had work done by Micheal and the team I've always experienced genuine service and quality workmanship.

Micheal seems like a old-fashioned good bloke, akin to the likes of Clint Eastwood... only not as tall, slightly more round, not as grumpy and not quite as good looking... but every time I've been here I've hes always been helpful, genuine and professional. The same also applies to his team,  who seem to share his same values. And this is all despite me being (in my honest opinion) a bit of a pain-in-the butt customer.
Great customer service and and quality workmanship which they stand by and have remedied when need arose (very minor freak event - possibly just from wear-&-tear - and quite reasonably above and beyond what i expected), that's why I have decided that these are the only guys i will take my cars to from now on.

Now as i stated above, it is true that there are cheaper places out there but in my experience, Micheal and the team charge a fair price for a good job as opposed to cheaper places which might charge a good price for a fair job. I prefer the peace of mind knowing that the jobs going to be done right; and if something does go wrong after,  they will be proactive and make right what you paid for.

One of the only mechanics that actually tried to explain what they were doing. Even though I didn't understand it all! LOL I still felt comfortable and the price was fair. I'll be back.

Michael from Kmart Tyre & Auto at Holland Park is absolutely lovely and very honest. My daughter brought her first car and soon we realised it had major issues. Michael gave the best advice and helped get her car back on the road, all for an extremely reasonable price. Very happy customer & will definitely be back for our car services. Thank you Michael!!
