Price was cheaper compared to other autoglass shops and the service was great! Went with NOVUS Kingston as they were the only company to communicate through text messaging. Left the car at the store for two hours and then returned to collect the car with a brand new windshield. Excellent straight to the point service. Will definitely use NOVUS again.

Poor mobile service.  Had MY car booked in for Wed.  It was booked in by my teenage son to be done Wed, Then they rang him and told him Thurs.  I get home from being in hospital late Thurs afternoon and it still hasn't been done, no phone calls,  nothing.  My son rings them just before 5pm, and they tell him they won't be out until Friday.  I need the car fri for a follow up doctors appointment.  Not good enough
