I rang to have a simple job done and they were not capable doing the job. Another case of of fitters not mechanics. I would look for a mechanic that just doesn't fit parts but repairs cars I got the impression they want there customers to be uninformed of mechanics so they can do what they want and you have to believe them a bit suspicious.

Straight forward dropped the vehicle off, given a time to return. Knew what they had to do and did it well. Vehicle was ready as arranged. Quite busy on the day. Shop is out a bit, more like in the suburbs. This garage does a particular job so had to go there. Got an uber bit of a walk into town otherwise.

This is the only place I really trust. The company is honest, caring and true to there word. They always call you and give you an overview of your car. They are extremely well priced . Simon is nothing but amazing lovely well mannered chap always happy and willing to do his best. If you want a trustworthy mechanic this is the place to go.Services: Brakes

After having these guys look after a broken power window last year I was happy that they know their stuff and had no hesitation going back when the other side needed work and booked in for a service at the same time. Very happy with the service and repairs and pricing seemed reasonable and comparable with other previous services. When I picked up my car Simon even apologised for missing me at drop off because he started a little late that day.

First time customer. Reversing out of my driveway, my car started to squeal very loudly. I called the office this morning and made an appointment for this afternoon. I arrived on time and Simon worked on it right away. Car is now running smoothly. No more squealing. I know nothing about cars and Simon could have told me it was more than a few stray rocks in the brake drum but instead he was honest and just charged me for his time. I have had my car here for a court ordered interlock and i was very happy with the experience I had with these guys going in to having this installed I was worried about being judged not once did I feel like that from stepping in the door never once felt judged I just had my car towed there Friday the 23/9/2023 car didn't get there untill 5.10pm and they waited around for me when they could have just left and I would have had to put keys in drop box but they waited for me on a fri and let's face it every one is keen to get home on a fri but they waited for me Excellent customer service and I have just left another mechanic to come here which I won't name
