Went to this Repco last weekend to get a new battery and an oil filter for my husbands patrol the staff were friendly and a staff member also helped me double check that my husband ordered the right battery.nnBought a few other things and they had most of what I needed in stock prices were fairly reasonable especially with the club membership discountnnOnly reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I hadto wait a while to get served not a big deal this is probably one of the better Repco stores I have been to

The staff are genuinely helpful and seem to really know their stuff. They’re friendly, take the time to explain things properly, and always find exactly what you need. Highly recommend!

I would love say a big thanks to the three people who assisted me with my wiper blades on my Rio today very professional, very knowledgeable and very supportive with the issue at hand much appreciated it! I will no longer shop at supercheap for their lack of support and customer service

My husband and I went to Repco Logan City late on a Saturday afternoon looking for a bit of a hard to find part.nnWe were helped by Justyn at the spare parts counter. He was so helpful and offered lots of advice and even though they didn't have the part available we really appreciated that he went out of his way to assist in any way he could. Great customer service!

JUST DINT BOTHER. Yes, they have lots of parts. Often odd, old parts. But they’ll stuff you around at EVERY opportunity. You'll stay on hold for 10-15 minuets almost EVERY time you call, and then they'll lie about the pricing. I was quoted on a part, then told I had to come into the store to order & pay for it, I couldn't pay for it over the phone...so my partner went in..ordered and payed for it.. almost twice as much as I was quoted on the phone.. and now has to go back again to collect it. What ridiculous, rubbish service. If I'd known the actual cost, I could've bought the part at Slacks Creek Brake & Clutch, in one trip, for that same cost.  Theres a reason I swapped over to Bursons years ago. And now he’s been in to collect the part, and it’s only half of what we wanted. USELESS.
