Waiting for someone to assist me as I've just bought a new car and need a fair few accessories. Staff were too busy having a casual chat at the spare parts register. There were no other customers and they saw me trying to make eye contact to wave someone over, and didn't come over. Too much effort to try and make the sale for them, so upon leaving they said see you later, I said, not likely ad you're all yoo busy talking to service customers. To which the reply eas 'nice'. Won't be back here plenty of other car places

I expected a radio to arrive from a different location, but the delivery service only completed half of their task. I called Repco and spoke with the Audio department, reaching Joe. When I went in person to pick up the radio, Joe did an excellent job by calmly and realistically explaining the features of various radios, which I truly appreciated. He was honest, straightforward, respectful, and kind throughout our interaction. Joe was more than willing to assist me in choosing the right radio, and we had a pleasant, engaging conversation about the different options available. Despite what others might say in reviews, I believe he is a dedicated and exceptional employee.

I had a bonnet protector fitted here for my car and I can say that the customer service I received was exceptional. I wish I remembered his name, but the lovely man that fit the bonnet protector was very quick while I was waiting with my 10 month old baby.nnHe also recommended I get a safegrip car seat clip for our baby's car seat as it's safer he wasn't selling them he just said he recommends them to anyone that has kids as a father himself because its much safer.nnAs I was leaving, I dropped some personal items while packing the pram into the car. He called me straight away to come back and pick them up.nnThank you to this lovely man from the workshop that was just very genuine, showed such great customer service and did a great job with the bonnet protector!

Brad at Repco Max went absolutely above and beyond for me. After two failed install attempts elsewhere, Brad took the time to properly diagnose and fix my car stereo setup and now it honestly sounds better than factory in my opinion.nnHis knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to getting everything perfect was outstanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.nnHighly recommend Brad to anyone needing car audio or stereo work done. Thanks again mate!
