I had a bonnet protector fitted here for my car and I can say that the customer service I received was exceptional. I wish I remembered his name, but the lovely man that fit the bonnet protector was very quick while I was waiting with my 10 month old baby.nnHe also recommended I get a safegrip car seat clip for our baby's car seat as it's safer he wasn't selling them he just said he recommends them to anyone that has kids as a father himself because its much safer.nnAs I was leaving, I dropped some personal items while packing the pram into the car. He called me straight away to come back and pick them up.nnThank you to this lovely man from the workshop that was just very genuine, showed such great customer service and did a great job with the bonnet protector!

Haven’t left the car park yet thought I’d drop this in. Worst service I’ve experienced in years wow. Managed to walk the length of the store and back, stopped in two or three sections rummaged through stock and I counted about 11 staff brush past without even eye contact or acknowledgment. Took a few things to the counter felt like I was interrupting teenage date night between the young fellow staff hovering around the counter and the girl on the till. They eventually let me interrupt their date she’s bluntly asked if this was what I wanted then put it through without many more words. Hadn’t even grabbed my things and they were back to flirting – good for them. What an experience. Two stars not one only because they had the stock I needed ;

Stopped into Repco Logan City looking for help in the car audio section and honestly felt like I was wasting their time. The staff member I spoke to showed zero interest in helping.nnWhen I asked about pricing, I was told that if I wanted a discount, I should come back for the Boxing Day sales. Not exactly helpful when you’re standing there ready to buy.nnCustomer service was poor and dismissive. I left and went to Autobarn around the corner, where I was actually helped properly and even given a discount on the spot. I won’t be returning to Repco after this experience.

Didnt get to say thank you in person.nAiden what a champion! From your assistance on the phone getting a part, to going above and beyond and out of the way with the install of the multi media screen.nThats what I call fantastic customer service!nThank you so much.
