I went into this Autobarn in Sept to have a stereo fitted. During the process the facia broke, it's old it happens. I was told a replacement part would be ordered that same day and they would contact me. It's now been two months, I've called 6 times, just to be told someone will call me back. No one ever calls back. We're still driving around with a cracked facia and a stereo that constantly resets to demo mode. Terrible customer service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Autobarn Slack Creek over the weekend. When I went to pick up my online order, the lady behind the counter was condescending and displayed a poor attitude. Despite providing the order number, they didn't have my product ready and instead asked me what I had ordered, as if I could remember all the details off the top of my head.nnThe customer service was the worst I've encountered, and even her coworker appeared uncomfortable with her behavior—he had to thank me, despite not being the one serving me. I will never return to this store and highly recommend others consider Supercheap Auto instead.nnAutobarn Slack Creek needs to seriously address its customer service issues.
Friendly team members. All very helpful. Jade was excellent in looking after me, all of the team members Brendan, Dan and can not remember the other team members name all made sure I was comfortable whilst getting some items installed in car.
Well I went to get a new air filter as I had seen it on special. Asked at the counter, they went and retrieved, paid and out of there. Too smooth.
I recently had an audio receiver installed into my car - I cannot thank Autobarn at Moss Street Slacks Creek enough for the service and follow up help provided - I was a bit of a pain but the were great and always had a smile on their faces - thanks so much
