Still has a great range, central to the Toowoomba CBD, access to other shops, ground level and easy to access. The isles however, are not as wide as the K Mart at Kearney Springs.
Kmart Grand Central has become really disappointing. The day I visited, the store was messy, aisles were overcrowded with stock trolleys, and some entrances were blocked, making it difficult to even get around properly. Lots of stock was missing or in the wrong places, and the whole experience felt chaotic. It was pure filth with mess and disorganised shelves.nnTo make matters worse, staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Some seemed to be standing around chatting about life drama in already blocked corridors.nnI use to enjoy shopping in store at Kmart, but this visit was so stressful that I think ordering online is the better option.
the Kmart at grand central is disgusting. when you walk into the clothing section there is just clothes dumped everywhere. food scraps and rubbish left on the shelves at the beauty section and under the isles. every single time i enter this kmart its horrid.
Really grotty shop. Could not believe how messy it was. We can blame the lack of staff, which is a fact, but mostly to blame is the class of customers who going in to the shop make the messes.
