Was feeling very unwell but needed to do some shopping. Tried to purchase a curtain at KMart Grand Central. Asked the one young lady at the checkout area if there were any cashiers. No cashiers. Said I wasn't sure how to use self-checkout wasn't feeling well enough either. She said I could scan the product and pay by cash or card then walked off. As a senior, I would have hoped for a little more understanding/assistance. Put the curtain aside and will never shop there again.
The state of the Grand Central Kmart was atrocious! Clothes were thrown all over the floor, the storage trolleys were everywhere and hard to walk around! I’ve never been so disappointed in my experience with Kmart! The place was an absolute mess!
Disappointed with the service.nUnfortunately, our experience at KMART was very disappointing. We waited over 15 just to collect some photos, with no clear communication or update during that time. When we were finally served, the staff member, Crystal, was unhelpful and disengaged — no greeting, no eye contact, and no explanation for the delay.nGood customer service goes a long way, and sadly this interaction fell far short of expectations. I hope KMART takes steps to improve staff training and the overall customer experience. This could have been handled much better.nI would absolutely give a zero star if I could
Terrible experience at Kmart Grand Central.nI was told I could return Duna covers with a receipt, but when I went back next day, I was refused a refund. The clerk at the customer service desk was rude, dismissive, and patronising—repeatedly pointing to a sign instead of listening to what I had been told the day before by their own staff. He even falsely accused me of opening the product, which I hadn’t. To make it worse, the Kmart on Ruthven Street gave me a completely different answer and was willing to accept the return. Inconsistent policies and unacceptable customer service. Spoiled my experience and caused me to run around unnecessarily. Grrrrrr.
Always a dirty store to visit although most of the workers a lovely the older short grey haired lady at the door is extremely rude she has physically tried to grab at me and has accused me of stealing mind you I was walking out with my nike water bottle you guys don’t even sell that brand and even if you did why would anyone steal something so small this has happend at least half a dozen times now and I am fed up with her she is not suitable to be working at the door
