Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Went through the checkout and Lucy served us. She 'accidentally' scanned a $130 stick vacuum twice. Told her to fix it up nicely. She spoke to me rudely and couldn't do anything about it so I went to service desk. Learn to do your job properly
Rude, immature, unprofessional staff. Waited on the phone for 4 hours to be constantly hung up on enquiring about a click and collect order which was not completed.nOnce the item was picked up from the door to boot area which took over half an hour the staff members were complaining and b!tching about customers.nNo apologies or compassion for customers at all.nI'll gadly never shop here again.
Wasn't allowed to leave store due to having thrown receipt out at the self service checkout until a staff member went rifling through the bin to confirm items had been paid for.nnNo fault of the staff members in store, they're bound by protocol...

It's KMart, but in Toowoomba. So why is it different to other KMarts? Because The Review Queen has been there.
