Visited this store today and was absolutely disgusted. Products left on the floor, also work trollies with products on them abandoned in the middle of the isles… saw 4 of these. Floors were filthy dirty. What few staff there was… were stand around talking and laughing. I will not be coming back to this store. Appalling..
Website says they open at 08:00 24th of December. Even Google Maps says it is 08:00 and open. Crowds Gathering outside and Store is still closed 40 min later and no explanation or even a staff member coming to inform customers of the opening time or any info. Trying to get their attention is impossible to find some information. Very poor and Wasting time of people that also work over the festive season. Poor management.
No co-ordination at all . Through out the store they displayed about wishing tree raffles and we purchased 3 tickets and we waited almost an hour for them to give us the ticket near service counter and after a hournwait they told us raffles are not any longer. Poor communication among staff super disappointed . Date - 3/12/2023 Manager - Jess . Hope this won’t happen to anybody else again.
It’s a fine store the clothes aren’t high quality to be honest most of the items in the store aren’t high quality the cash register is in a bad position as it’s in the middle of the store also should sell tech in my opinion.
It's KMart, but in Toowoomba. So why is it different to other KMarts? Because The Review Queen has been there.
