The way that customers treat this store is criminal. I visited today and was sick to my stomach to see stock thrown on the ground and walked on. Empty coffee cups sitting on shelves covered in a demented jumble of stock from different sections of the store. People try on shoes and leave them on the ground, off the hanger to be covered in dirt and dust. Racks are jammed with clothes half off the hanger. The public should be ashamed of themselves behaving worse than animals. It's at the point where something must be done by management. I've also witnessed women stealing, walking straight out of the front doors while staff look on helplessly. Nothing seems to be done about it. After today I will be avoiding Grand Central Kmart until it regains it's dignity and that of it's staff.

Terrible rude customer service at returns By “ Joel” At Grand Central Toowoomba I came in with my receipt, and my only day off.nnJoel was arrogant and condescending and made the process awkward when it shouldn’t have been. I returned a christmas tree that was too big for our room and it got returned with everything in tact.! He opened it like i was a criminal, checked my card on my phone which I don’t have a problem with however i do have a problem with the rudeness i encountered. I have grown sons who wouldn’t have treated me the way i got treated , terrible . I then made a complaint to Gail who seemed like she was scared of him. I really hope this Kmart improves the way they speak to their customers and does some good training as it’s discusting the way i was treated on my one day off. I would never speak to my customers the way i got treated, you need some good in house training at this store as it’s not good enough.
Ok Kmart , hear me out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Kmart products , but now that target has bought anko, why not go there? Target is actually organised and I can find things easily, but your shop is ATROTIOUS! there are clothes on the floor, makeup squeezed out and broken, plushies in the toy eyle are DIRTY, and just everything is gross. From my visits, the staff are kind, but clearly not to the clothes!
I asked the person at the entrance where a product was and was directed straight to what I needed. After I couldn't find another product I spoke to Mia who showed me to the product. Then directed me to something else I needed. I was unable to find it and she came up to me and remembered what I was looking for and found it. Great service from a great employee. Thanks Mia.
