When u get put on hold the song is better then most stores but when I asked the lady idk her name she didn’t check if any of the stock was going to come in next she just said “oh no we don’t have any stock in and idk when the next one will be in”. Which bumbed me out cause I really thought she would’ve been nicer but just a heads up it was in the electrical department when I called
Very busy. In saying that, it's a week out from Christmas. Plenty of staff though. Layout is good and organised.
It's Big W, what more can I say except they have staff to serve you on the cash registers unlike Target where you are directed to serve yourself. All good

Found the centre overly big and being in a wheelchair some people are not so helpful they are comfortable with their own personal problems l was very disappointed and a lot to get around and enjoy the experience sorry
