Not only did Hannas Toowoomba offer the best price for RM Williams boots after a LOT of shopping around, as well as extremely fast shipping, but they also offered phenomenal service which is rare these days.nnUpon receiving my boots, I found a factory defect in one of them from the manufacturing process nothing to do with Hannas. I brought this to the attention of Hannas via email, and received an immediate phone call from Michael Hanna.nnMichael personally assisted me from the onset and liaised with RM Williams directly on my behalf. I was then offered a solution by RM Williams that I wasn't particularly happy with repair.nnAgain, Michael went out of his way to liaise further with RM Williams and then sent me a brand new replacement pair out of HIS own stock.nnMy point here is that Michaels service was absolutely exceptional, and I can not fault a single part of it. Both he, and Hannas as a whole are on their game when it comes to customer service which I found to be top tier.nnI would absolutely buy from Hannas again, and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family when in the market for new boots or anything for that matter.nnThanks again, Michael and Hannas Toowoomba! This is testament as to why you're better off supporting local small business, rather than a big department store...
I came across Hanna's after doing a search for a popular brand of shoes and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing price Hanna's was selling the product for. I ordered and the shoes arrived less than 24 hours later at my door. I will definitely be shopping online at Hanna's again. A great customer experience.
Got myself a first pair of Redback boots and Wrangler work jeans today.nI was a bit lost until a kind staff helped me through finding a perfect types, colours and sizes of jeans and boots. I wish I asked his name so that I can thank him in here again. He made my day. Thank you!

Worth a look. great range. Good staff. Surprised how good it was. Took my 20+ year old daughters with me as well. They are from Brisbane and had a great time shopping there. Country meets the city. Had a special nostalgic feelimg of an old style McDonald & East or Waltons store for those old enough to remember.
