I went shopping there for some wedding shoes on 2 occasions.  On the first occasion the sales assistant seemed incredibly annoyed that I was there, she huffed and puffed as I asked for a different size and even told me that they probably wouldn't have the size.  On the second occasion it was not much better (similar exp) and I ended up leaving the shop crying because I had hoped it would be a really fun exciting experience going wedding shoe shopping, I was so disappointed.  They do have beautiful shoes though.
