I have been a customer with these kind and respectful people for many many years. The workmanship is absolutely top quality. I highly recommend Jannusch shoe Repairs in Toowoomba
Thank you! Great customer service and my golf shoe soles were re-glued within a weeks turn around.
If I could I would not rate even 1 star as took 2 pair's of my expensive Colorado knee high leather boots to have the left ones repaired and neither of the repairs were done correctly and the boots are wrecked to the point that they don't look the same and I will never wear them because they are noticebly different so I have lost the cost of the boots being about $700 plus the nearly $100 for cost of repair. I am so angry and when I went to collect them the guy was over the top angry at me because I complained and he said he done what I asked which is a joke because who in their right mind asks for any footwear to be repaired to a point where they look visibly different. It was not done the way I wanted it done and I offered a couple of suggestions to fix issue but was told I should go to a boot maker to have suggestion done - what a joke. See pics below.

this place provides excellent friendly customer service. we have previously had excellent quality repairs done by this place and bring items from new Zealand to get them repaired. once again they have provided top quality service and repairs to meet our tight time frame this visit. I believe that this firm is one of the best left and we are very happy with the repairs to our r m Williams boots and Italian shoes
Jannusch Shoe Repairs saved my wife's shoes! There were several beloved pairs that had wear and tear on the soles and this place fixed them up good. Communication was great and the cost was well worth the investment in shoes that still had plenty of wear left in them!
Absolutely amazing!! Great customer service and repairs on my leather boots made them look brand new again. I guarantee you will be happy with the results of their services. A++++
