Such great service by the young lady manager Saturday afternoon it's the reason we keep coming back walked away with the most amazing shoes anf awsom service in a shoe shop I was able to try on 3 pairs and she really aimed at making sure I was happy with the ones I chose. I wanted to buy a good pair of shoes and because I was dressed a bit scruffy staff told me to go to Kmart. NEVER BEEN MORE INSULTED IN MY LIFE

Other than having to queue to begin with, Covid restrictions self imposed by the store, the staff, and surrounds are very professional. Very knowledgeable in their field, and helped with the fitting of my sons shoes very quickly. Top marks. A little expensive, but great quality brands which make that hit a lot easier to swallow.

I have feet and leg trouble,  this is the only place that takes time out to get your shoes right,  I don't go anywhere else

Toowoomba store has lost my business and I now buy direct from New Balance. I waited to be seated at Athlete’s Foot as per sign at front of store. After a 10 minute wait I thought I was about to be served but sales person ignored the lineup and served someone that had just walked in. Needless-to-say, I just turned and walked out.

I highly recommend this store.  I have never had such a thorough shoe fitting before. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you get the best fitting shoe most suitable to your foot.  They sell an excellent range of shoes at competitive prices. But it’s the service and fitting that will keep me coming back.  To be fair. This is not a spend less shoes. They sell high quality shoes properly chosen to suit your foot.

I ordered shoes online the Athlete's Foot which shoes coming from this store.. Shoes somehow turned up but didn't recieve them which was Star Track fault, so they ended back at this store which I got my refund on shoes.. I filled out a survey and sent a email, for someone to ring me.. I had 3 calls from staff in this store following up on my issue over 2 days, which was sorted out on first phone call but very nice they rang me lol.. Re ordered and paid for shoes and been sent again but with Australia Post this time so looking forward to receiving them this time  Found out I can ring this store to make another order especially when they have the width in shoes I need, so definitely will..
