Poor customer ethics at the cash counter by E***a (Asian)in the clothing section on the Boxing Day she was not busy but not happy to serve us either. No wonder people prefer buying online than dealing with these off putting prejudiced people They do no any justice to the wage they earn. Not even an acknowledgement of our “thank you” !! showed how undiscerning she was. Feel sorry for Myers though as my previous experience at this store was very welcoming.

While there are good quality items to purchase, do you think you will be able to find anyone to actually sell them to you? Have been ignored by staff , to the point of giving up, on multiple occasions. This place has a terrible reputation for service for a reason. My advice, look after yourself, find what you want, go home and buy it online, otherwise you could be there forever.

Used to be one of the better places to get home appliances and other nick nacks for around the house but with the wider variety of specialty shops in Grand Central and around the CBD, this place has become a bit dated. Good luck finding a staff member to help you unless you are making it obvious that you are wanting to buy a expensive item to give them their commission.

Love the new center. However if you need to have your parking verified having spent OVER the required limit its a REAL pain in the backside going all the way to the single information station. Come on lets get one on every floor!!!

I enjoy shopping at this Myer, I can always find great tops and dress. I love the variety of cloths, cosmetics andhand bags. I especially love the Elizabeth Arden products. The sales assistants in the Elizabeth Arden sections of always great.
