Ordered three takeaway items, (2) hot chocolate & (1) cappuccino to have at the shop. Advised them that I DID NOT want marshmallows in the hot choclate, only fresh cream, and all extra hot. WELL, what happens, they get marshmallows! And too make it worse one one the chocolate were cold.... so sent the item back.... came back ok, and was hotter, BUT had marshmallows in it. Overall they were all quite tepid, and not hot at all. And to make it worse, customers who wanted takeaways were served before we were. Not good! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.....Understand there can be issues, but they are in a public service food industry, SO really need to get it right. But Like all places today, THEY WONT CARE!!! I love the Jamaica blue at grand central near the kmart. The coffee is always amazing.. the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Worst dining experience of my life! Happily eating a chicken burger when I realised I had bitten into a bandaid....YES a BANDAID!!! It was the most disgusting experience and I promptly spat my food out and returned it to the kitchen immediately. In return for this horribly and repulsive event we were compensated with an apology and the refund of the burger ONLY...not our drinks or any other item we had purchased. In hindsight I should have taken it much further but was in complete shock at what I have just bitten into and could only think of my personal health and wellbeing. Needless to say we will not be returning and would encourage anyone else who does not like the flavour of bandaids to dine there either!!!!!

Went here on a Sunday. Paid $10 each for two "toasted" croissents that had been microwaved and were brought to us after 20mins (this was after waiting 20mins for our coffee which was like warm. One chef on for a Sunday morning. Also bought out our daughters baby chinos 10mins after our coffee. Jamaica Blue has always been a go to for us but not this time. Won't be back.

Been only two times too many, ground floor near Kmart. First time was so looking forward to trying the coffee, a short black was burnt and was lucky to be a restretto​. Went back today, thinking I'll try my luck and maybe I , after paying money would have a trained barrista​ make my coffee. . Short black which is so easy! No! Restretto burnt and disgusting. Good experience, only a few people get told. Bad experience, everybody knows.
