The black bean and rice burger is to die for. Best burger I have EVER tasted. They do need to be careful not to swamp the accompanying salad with dressing though .. salad dressing needs to be just so, not too little not too much, but should leave the diner wishing there be more. Therein lies the paradox of the application of salad dressing ... remember the Goldilocks principle and apply it to salad dressing.
