Purchased a valance. Did not fit though I purchased the correct bed size. Was informed I could not return it due to health reasons. Even though you certainly do not sleep on a valance. I did not have the receipt due to going through self serve.nI left the item there as it was completely useless. Was asked if I could give it to a friend or relative. I would not give it to an enemy much less a friend or relative.nSo very disappointed
It's a BIG W, what else needs to be said?nPicked up an iron and an ironing board for under $50 which was the purpose of that trip to BIG W.nThis store was clean and presentable as should be expected of all big chain stores like this.nI don't know what else to say except that it was one of the experiences of all time.
Clifford Gardens has a variety of lovely shops nice food court reasonably priced and even if you wanted us something a little bit more exotic as provided there as well good security the only downside is those people picking up food at Woolies for other people parking in the over 70s parking area we've noticed this quite a few times when we've been to the shopping centre
Walked in went to the Xbox games and stuff immediately kicked me and my mates out an accused us of stealing a pair of earphones like 2 days ago even though they found them laying on the ground but accused me and my mates
Big W is just Big W, you cant really argue much other than maybe having a bad experience with employees.
