Really greatful to the young girl that was working the door the other day. I think her name was Mitch, I had no clue what to buy my mum in the make up section and she made some excellent suggestions. Super smiley and great customer service, both are lacking in retail these days. hope to come back to town before Xmas and hopefully she can offer more help!
Why sell a product online for $75 but online for $99. Online price not matched , told they want to increase online sales . Buy the product online only to be told you can't collect the product as I need to wait for processing. I was 15th in Q , waited 3 hours and asked where I was in the Q , I moved to 9th. Cancelled the order , refunded me within 5 mins , Drove to Good Guys and bought same product at the lower price. How does this increase online sales at Big W. If I was going to buy online I could have bought same product at Amazon with next day delivery . If you the owner of the business, would you let customer walk out the door , I felt staff were happier to give me refund then try help as this was the easier solution for them .
Too much rubbish. Sanitising station always empty. Tell someone and you get shoulder shrug or ignored. Priced way over the top for Chinese made rubbish and always check your receipt. Specials are charged at full price if they think they can get away with it. Especially the elderly. They have ruined themselves with their stupid games for mega profits..
No matter what time of year we go in, it's always busy. Bought a couple of Pyrex measuring jugs and got them for a great price, so very happy. Not as choice heavy as Kmart but still a good selection of quality name products at reasonable prices.
In the heart of city, good location, very helping staff, very nice people. Wifi signal is weak, if they can improve, this is the best BigW.nnHighly recommend place for daily needs
