Best location in Palmerston North.  Very clean if slightly dated. Friendly nice lady at the front desk.

My flight wasn't until later in the afternoon, the reception person said, it's not a problem, just stay until you need to go to the airport. That's good old fashioned service, thank you.
The room was comfortable, and functionally perfect for our requirements.
