A very historical place with a nice little museum packed with interesting masonic artifacts from all over the world. Even both my ladies were made very welcome. The bar is open to the public and well woth a visit, too. Thank you Brr, I'll be back. Mick
Excellent and historic place to visit. The museum, although small is extremely informative. The brethren are very hospitable, the bar prices very reasonable. It has been my privilege to attend the installation meeting, and festival of st Thomas for the last 6 year's or so, and it's an event I really look forward to. Not only the event itself, but seeing brethren from kilwinning who I think of as firm friends. For any brother, from anywhere in the world, a visit here should be on your masonic bucket list. 5 stars all round!
This thethee lodge of Scotland, years and years of freemasonry, its history is unparralled with history back to the 11th century. Although the original buildings are ruins now, the lodge is right next door. Open to tours by request this is a great place indeed.

Very run down poor decor throught . Seems dubious that this is the "Mother" lodge when you see the general condition of the building I've seen nicer soup kitchens. This place is not disabled friendly.
Lovely building.The temple is beautiful social club and function hall excellent. A good experience all round.
Super friendly people, great service at a fair price. I loved the atmosphere.
