I had a 6th floor room. Even on a cool sunny day it became extremely hot and did not cool at sundown. The windows do open enough to take advantage of the cool evening air. In other respects a nice hotel. Would use it in winter!
Have stayed here often but won’t be again over summer etc due to lack of air conditioning. It was so hot in our room on 6 floor. Only one inefficient fan that just moved hot air around. Very uncomfortable, which is a shame as we enjoy the cleanliness and comfortable beds.
I think this hotel is run by scammers! I saw through the glass in their office.. one of the workers using one of the systems that scam call centres use. idk if its work purposes or whatever. It didn’t sit well but overall alright experience
Stay away from room 402 it was a good room but what ever that noise was above the room was disruptive. Something to do with the air ducts n1, smell test n2, cleanliness n3, any bed bugs, any odours, bed comfort n4.check everything is working n5. Privacy and sound nFinally, front desk weren't friendly. No smile, or engagement. It was like talking to a brick wall and that they already knew about the noises.nBut on a high note the bar man was the best tho.
Location is good, room service was decent, great shower pressure. Would be better if they did electric blankets instead of outdated electric heaters. Customer service was very average. I wouldn't stay longer than a day or two at max but for short business trips, it has the necessary amenities for a very good price. It wasn't so shabby that I'd give it a 3 out of 5 so I've bumped it up to 4 but it's definitely about a 3.5 at best.
