A great place to stay. Clean, modern and everything you needed in all apartments. I booked 3, the 2 bedroom, the studio and 1 bedroom for a family visit. The apart have washing machines and dryers. The loaned us a cot. Room service was daily during the week and they were happy to top up dishwashing liquid and anything you needed. Cookimg facilities worked well. They trouble shooted a broken aircon quickly by providing a room heater. There is only 1 area they could improve, agreed by all the families, comfier couches but it wasn't a deal breaker. I loved the photos of Palmerston North throughout.nThe city is a great holiday destination for a family holiday.
Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy room. We called on our way a added a carpark $10 charge at the end of our stay which they advised over the phone.nWe stayed in a front facing room with heaps of natural light which was great.nDownside of being in that room is that you can hear everything, soundproofing would be fantastic. Bed was also a little hard / uncomfortable for me but this could just be a personal preference thing.nOverall a decent stay for the night.
Would give 5 stars as rooms and location are great, but they don’t tell you during check in that parking costs and then front counter staff were extremely rude about the $10 a night payment at checkout. Seems silly that a motel with rooms that cost $450 a night and I stayed for 5 nights would burn their reputation at check out over $50 of parking.
Had a terrible experience staying here; the rooms are not soundproofed whatsoever! With a crying baby keeping me up all night on the first night, I asked to be moved to somewhere quieter, But the second night was even worse, when a large group of young people created a nightmare scenario with music playing, laughing, and screaming, banging around in the rooms, then at 3.40 am, the sound of someone powerchucking and moaning into their toilet for nearly 40 minutes. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had at a hotel.
Great place to stay the room had a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, the bed was comfortable and we had a heatpump over all it was a great stay
