The night concierge was absolutely fantastic - incredibly helpful and saved our bacon in a tight spot!nnRoom was great, breakfast was tasty, and coffee was hot and strong.nnThe rest of the staff lived up to the high standards set by the overnight team.nnHighly recommended.
The hotel was old and could with redecorating. The room was very basic, it was freezing and we only had an oil heater, there were no electric blankets and no dishes to put our breakfast in. The staff were lively. I thought the buffet dinner we had was awful, just not cooked long enough.
Friendly staff, nice rooms. Food was good. There's a lovely old school/historic lift which was really fun and a definite first for me.
Great hotel. Very clean and friendly. A bit older in styling, but very comfy. Good restaurant. No gym but the gym across the street is killer.
Karma service is outstanding, super professional and extremely friendly. He made our stay wonderful. And Michelle was wonderful dropping items to us. The distinction hotel is in the centre of town, so we walked to alot of the shops.
