Stayed in room 29. The room looks tired and outdated. No AC, just found an electric fan in the cupboard. And a wall mounted panel radiant heater. Bathroom is dilapidated and has no fan ventilation. It also gets loud from the room upstairs. Clean beds and sheets. Convenient location. Good parking.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is great, definitely value for money, clean and tidy. A sink in the kitchenette area would be preferred.nA quick lick of paint in the bathroom would be great.
I visited Palmerston North and decided to stay in alpha motor inn with my family of 3. If I were to be honest, I had a terrible experience. The room dosent come with kitchen sink, drinking water, any wifi, no Ac, and essential amenities. We also encountered bugs at our night stay. Wifi is also an massive issue which means that the television dosent work here. The reception will also shut early and open late so you cant get any help if needed. The only good thing about this place is its location, being right in the center of the city. Overall I dont recommend a stay here if your a family with children.
Had a fantastic stay, comfortable bed, spotless room. All the amenities you need and lovely friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and would come back. Also park right outside the room so great when bringing in my bag in the rain. Excellent value for money as well.
Although I accidentally booked a physically disabled access room online, the friendly Staff were happy to assist in rebooking me into a standard room without issue. The rooms are very nice,well equipped for comfort and the TVs they have are very up to date, unlike some other local businesses that are stuck in 2005...a great service to consider if you want to wind down and screen cast straight from your phone to the tv. All in all this is a fine place to stay if you are parking up for one night,and it won't break the bank either.
