“Absolutely outstanding service from the receptionist. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. A true asset to the motel — thank you for making us feel so welcome!”
Room wasn't clean. There was dust and cobwebs on the walls and fixtures, the floor was unvaccumed, there was left over rubbish in the bin that hadn't been taken out and a wet towel was left in the shower. Tried informing reception but they were closed at 8 despite saying they were open until 8:30.
Customer service is amazing, we’ve stayed a few times and are always so well looked after. Nothing is ever a problem and we really appreciate everything
The wonderfully manager saved us when our accommodation was cancelled else where, which wasn’t ideal when travelling with a bubba. She was so helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend, room was tidy and had everything we needed. Would stay again!
Warm room and comfy beds! Did cook anything more than a microwave meal but 2 hob ceramic, kettle and toaster in unit. Small fridge but plenty big enough for us and had a freezer compartment
