Located in the suburb of Terrace End on the main road into Palmerston North, Drovers Motor Inn offers a variety of accommodation options for your family, business or holiday needs. With well-presented one bedroom apartments, and studio suites, we can accomodate your needs and your budget.

You may have a larger family, and need to spread out in our spacious family apartment - which not only has a bathroom with a shower and bath, but also a private ensuite off the main bedroom.

Each offers comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a comfortable place to rest your head.

Very clean, modernly updated fresh rooms. There was a small wine & milk bottle in the fridge, which was a nice touch. I was meant to stay two nights but had to change travel plans so only stayed one night. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room away from the main road. Car park was tight, but over all was a good choice of accommodation.
Very clean and tidy. The husband was impressed there was a beer waiting in the fridge as well as milk. The soundproofing could be better, as you could hear people walking around upstairs and the TV next door. Would stay here again, though.
We mostly really liked this motel. It is one of best in Palmerston North. rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable and there is God kitchen space.nThe TV is a larger size. Unfortunately we had a ground floor room and could easily hear people upstairs walking round in shoes. Really need to drive into town. Some shops are handy across the road.
Great place to stay, clean and plenty of room.nLoved the fact that they don’t use the little bottles of soap and shampoo, doing their bit for the environment.nThe tap in our room in the bathroom is a bit sticky, so might need to be looked at.nWould I stay here again when I come back to Palmerston North next time? The answer is yes.
This is a gem of a place. Due to the cyclone last month, we had to change our travel plans at last minute and stayed here on three separate occasions. The rooms are exceptionally clean big shoutout to housekeeping and well maintained. Owners at front desk are very accommodating. Was really nice to have a kitchen with all the necessary cookware and the bed was most comfortable! You won't be disappointed if you stay here! Will definitely be back again during our next visit to Palmy.
