Dr Ling is awesome, I've been seeing Dr Ling for years and has saved my life with her tenacity to get to the bottom of my symptoms and get the proper help. Best doctor I have seen and my whole family see her and love her.

I was grateful to get an appointment. Dr Ellen was running late, but I think I know why- she gives her patients time and is thorough and careful. I'm happy to wait for that kind of care. The reception staff were very nice.
Nurses were great here. Professionals and friendly. I can't say the same for Dr Samanta. He was not interested and he probably took less than 2 minutes to diagnose. I had a bleeding ear and could feel it was swollen. Upon his diagnosis, there was nothing wrong. He claimed there was no bleeding nor swelling, just some "white stuff" were his exact words. Just a waste of my time. Am sure other doctors are great. However to the urgency of my case, they gave a doctor who was not interested in his job. I would advise seeing him again. Was grateful to the nurse who fitted me in. Gave 2 stars for the lovely nurses. Otherwise, it would zero stars for the doctor. Avoid the doctor at all costs.
I left my appointment with Dr Ellen in tears after my 6 month old daughter and I were treated horribly. Dr Ellen was dismissive, passive aggressive, condescending and forceful when assessing my daughter. I was unable to communicate my concerns re my daughter because she continued to cut me off so as to speed up the appointment. In the end she told me my daughter was fine and had no recommendations going forward. Since then I have seen a caring, competent and professional GP who has diagnosed my daughter with Cow's Milk Protein Intolerance and I have been referred to a Paediatrician. As a health professional myself, it has always been drilled into me, that if a parent is concerned about their child, you listen to them as they know their child best. Unfortunately Dr Ellen did not do this and if I had ignored my instinct, then my daughter would be suffering for a lot longer. I will not be returning to this clinic and advise you to look elsewhere.
I've been suffering from different health issues and been scene different doctors over the year's. We all heard the saying "you have to fall in good hands " so l would like to especially Thank Dr Porter for diagnosis my conditions and having them treated. I highly recommend Dr Porter is the best lve ever met.
Medical Centre Frankston is a well-run practice where I am able to regularly see my own doctor who bulk bills. The staff are helpful and are always available to book appointments by phone or on-line. There is also a good choice of male and female doctors. There is a good nurses room available for small procedures and blood tests on site.
Extremely friendly staff who care very much about their patients. Dr Lucy Burns is a wonderful doctor who actually listens to her patients and goes above and beyond to help them. Reception staff are always very polite and helpful when making bookings.
Excellent surgery. Have been coming here for many years. Reception is lovely & the Drs are great. It’s great to be able to get blood testing done on site too.
The Staff and the Nurses were beyond wonderful today with my very anxious daughter who has a needle phobia. They were so caring, patient and understanding. Made the process of her vaccination a lot easier. I can not thank you enough.
