Got there early as I had to fast. Sign on the door says opens at 830. The receptionist at the medical centre says "someone will be in shortly." Half an hour later, still not open. Called the PH, no answer, called head office "oh there not open until the 19th." Maybe have the consideration to put a sign on your door and tell the receptionist what's going on so you're not wasting people's time.

Really disappointed that I turned up and got turned away as they were short staffed. Other places in the area were closed or only doing covid so ended up driving to 3 different places to get bloods taken. Went at 1pm so well within business hours.

Never have to wait long and the nurses are always pleasant and professional when I attend for my monthly blood test.  Thank you!
