Ahh the classicly Yeppoon KFC. Very rarely do you get in and out in under 10 mins in either drive thru or in store. The longest I've spent there is around 30 in a huge drive through line. Its also very common to stand at the counter staring at all your made food while the front counter people dont decide to move for another 5 minutes while your food sits and goes cold. The speed everyone works at is slow to say the least. Today I ordered a original burger with bacon and cheese as extra and all I got was two buns and one zinger piece?! And never expect to get napkins or utensils. Managment need to be either re-trained or kicked for new Managers. Worst KFC in CQ no doubt.

Customer service is terrible. Waited for 10 mins with 2 people at the counter who continuously looked over at us but did not serve. A third person finally came to serve us and was quite rude. Received food with no napkins or utensils making our beach dinner tricky with mash potato and gravy. If I could rate less than 1 star I would

Completely stuffed up my order in the drive through so I didn't know till I got home, great one KFC, how hard is it.

Very slow service, staff were not pleasant and my ultimate box came with one chicken skewer and a zinger burger, I asked for the original. Not the first bad experience I've had with this KFC store either.

Good quality but extremely slow service. It's very rear to clear drive thru in lease than 25mins
