Floors are sticky, outside floors are sticky. Cockroaches outside everywhere. Tables covered with rubbish. Not wiped down. If you ask for extras on burgers you never get them. Fries are always half full. Given old stale patties on burgers, chicken included. Always a reason to have to go back in for my money back. Staff just either aren't trained properly or they simply do not care. Cant even get the pickles on my cheeseburger. Maccas yeppoon is the worst maccas in our region. Full stop.
Firstly, the short rude girl with the ponytail- a crew coach or manager was rude and obnoxious to the trainee who is clearly neurodivergent. Then I was waiting 25 mins because the airhead manager lost my order, both her and the other blonde manager looked at my receipt and did nothing after I asked nicely the first time, also 5 other orders were given out after mine when mine was just a meal and nuggets, two girls who had their order after me got theirs first and it was two bags of food. And it was only after the nice crew member read my order and listened did SHE get my order for me. What’s the point of being a manager if your crew does more work than you. Disgusting behaviour, never going again and I hope the manager is fired, completely useless
This is the third time I’ve come here within a 3-week period, and the soft drinks are terrible. They are always warm and flat, as if they’ve been stored somewhere for too long before being served.nnThe place is also always dirty, even when there are plenty of staff members and very few customers during the quiet hours.
Disgustingly filthy. Couldn't sit inside because every seat was dirty. Windows were filthy. Ice cream on seats and walls.nToilets gross!!nDirtiest McDonald's we have ever seen.nIgnored our table service request and stuffed up our order. Outside was filthy. Bins overflowing outside. We came early in the morning so this should have been cleaned during the night!! I do not complain ever or leave bad reviews but this was just terrible.
Absolutely Ferrel burger was gross tasted like rock day crew mucking about not taking anything seriously whole place was gross this happened on Friday
