Now, this place was the go to place for my other half and I would go if we had no other choice. 9 times out of 10 their quality was pretty good (for maccas standard). Tonight we decided to go simple. Two hash browns and two coffees on skim milk. Sitting in the car. We get our coffees and are told to wait for our hash browns . That’s okay, we understand McDonalds get busy. We take a sip, typically when we drink it it’s pretty hot but this time it was barely warm. We send it back and wait. Yet when they come back, the coffee is somehow colder. We asked politely, “can you please heat it up or get another one?” To which the server’s friendly attitude shifted into a passive aggressive demeanour. She asked us if we wanted them to heat up their coffee to or past the legal point (80 degrees) instead of the “75” they gave us. It was definitely not 75 degrees. In the end we just gave up and handed the coffee back without a refund. So disappointed.

the children working here wont listen possibly dont care as there that badly underpaid or just brain dead"ask for fresh fries get old fries ask to add onion , sorry we dont do that"all other fastfood places do it"and for free speak to the retarded manager who seems to be as clever as the 15 yo behind the counter , sorry we dont dont do that here"let me get this straight you can take stuff of your burgers but not even put a simple thing like onion on"to give it some nutritional value at least"terrible terrible customer service at this store"who ever the owner is you really need to retrain your staff at your store because there either dumb as or just simply dont care less about the customers"

You'd be lucky if they got your order right, or if they actually listened to you. I went through the drive through today, ordering my usual ¼ pounder meal and frozen coke. But chicken tenders was added, and I didn't realise until I got my meal. I never said chicken! And they didn't even give me a frozen coke, just a regular coke. The inside is usually filthy too.

This Maccas would benefit from better staff training and a better access plan. The drive thru is tight with only one waiting bay so traffic often queues out into the shopping centre access and blocks the road at peak times. Staff get orders wrong and also refer to customers in diminutive terms which is not very polite. Not all customers like being called "honey" & "luv".
