Today i had an amazing encounter with a lady named charlotte. Very sweet, and lovely. Keep up the good work luv. Made my experience terrific.
I ordered food, a $60 delivery, and my pizza was burned, cheesy garlic bread was burned, churros were limp and didn't have any sugar and my wings tasted like they were cooked 3 hours earlier. I went in and showed staff pictures, and they were friendly and happy to help by giving me a free replacement order. When I called back a week later and used this, the whole thing started again, burnt pizza, burnt garlic bread, bad churros and bad wings. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the staff were so nice.
Nicest pizza we have had in ages and was served by a lovely young assistant Manager Charlotte, very polite and friendly, only waited 5 minutes.
Ordered three 'thin and crispy' pizzas on a Tuesday; does that mean the quality changes? I received 3 different chicken ones, they were all way undercooked, had very little toppings but two had large explosions of some white sauce which I imagine it was meant to only be drizzled. Really disappointed in the quality but the pizza was quick to arrive.
Every single time they forget something or stuff the order up last week it took 3 times to get my supreme with no pineapple 1/30 later I got the right pizza and a complimentary garlic bread. Tonight no aioli sauce with my order of meat balls when I rang it was I’m sorry where really busy lucky I have aioli in the fridge. If there only competition Roscos had a better flavour throughout there pizzas there would be no more dominos for us. How hard is it.
Absolutely horrible, thin and crispy was almost like a wrap base… and the classic base tasted like oil. Could not be bothered with calling and complaining so here is the review to war others
Bought two pizzas tonight and boy they were on time, cooked well and tasted great. Will be back again. Thank you for the free pizza voucher that i got from you in the mail, cause i had not been in for awhile. I used it tonight and so glad i did, thank the crew and cook. Excellent service and tasted great.
This has been consistently the worst Domino's chain store I have ever been to. My children enjoy it so I have been going there for some time and almost every single time there will be a messed up order, ingredients missing or the pizza will be of such a low quality that you couldn't guess what type of pizza it is supposed to be. This particular time the sauce was missing from my pizza for the 4th time in a row, despite me discussing it with the staff the previous two times it happened. Furthermore almost half of the "pepperoni" pizza I ordered had no pepperoni on it. I ended up with half a cheese pizza and half a badly made pepperoni pizza. When you go to any dominos store you don't expect much but Dominos Yeppoon has managed to lower the bar so far that I m straight up done with dominos. What a joke.
Delicious supreme pizza tonight. We tried the new chicken tenders, they were good too. Fast service, and didn't have to wait long at all for my order I placed instore. Great job Dominos Yeppoon!!
When I've visited, at most 3 staff are on. 2 in store & one delivering. The two in store staff are swept off their feet. Pans are all over the floor. Generally wait 5-10 minutes or so in store to be served for an online order. The food is usually okay, but not as good as other Domino stores. The last order I placed. Pieces here & there were missing. I paid the $1 upgrade on the thickshakes for cream & sauce. They had no cream but still charged for upgrade, because the sauce is apparently $150 for a kilo. The pizzas where missing sauces. Overall, it's okay if you want the convenience of online ordering. The store suffers from poor management and understaffing perhaps. Poor management, poor customer experience. I'd suggest going to Rosco's.
