Worst KFC ever, owes me a $50 refund since 12th December 2022. Called 3-4 times and each time was promised a return call to sort out my refund, never happened. Wasted my time driving there as it's the principle of the situation and they do this to so many people, again was promised a resolution and phone call the next day, nothing. So had to put in a paypal dispute. You have to also check the order before you leave the store every time as they constantly are missing several items out of each order. Probably 50% of the orders are wrong that we've picked up. Go elsewhere....
Unfortunately we could only order, chips, nuggets and popcorn chicken. And they didn't put the popcorn chicken in the bag. . What we got was nice but as you can imagine we're a little sad with no popcorn chicken.Food: 4/5
We ate the crispy chicken finally! When we dined in, someone threw the glasses to the front door. The staffs are so friendly to remind customers being careful and helped to clean efficiently. Thanks so much.
Food and service all good but the state of cleanliness outside the shop is terrible. There is not even a bin provided outside the shop for people to dispose of their typical KFC rubbish. This affects the whole look of the complex including Coles express and Dominoes. Surely all these mega businesses can come together and provide at least one bin for their customers !
Long delays and multiple customers coming back with complaints about wrong orders while I was waiting. Seeing this, I checked my order before leaving, and it was wrong, too
They had no coleslaw ‍ seemingly friendly but even when told 3 times they still couldn't work it out. Eventually they told us they didn't have coleslaw left.

Order placed online and 3 wicked wings were missing from the order. Wanted us to drive back to pick up, so we got a refund instead.
Pathetic too an hour to get out order they where to busy talking and on there phone then we received it and it's cold not to mention I got food poisoning it was slimey smelt awful never ever going back
The girls are rude, the drive thru waiting times are slow, and they never add extra salt when you politely ask.I’ve given them a few chances, and it’s disappointing every time. Go to the other kfc in the Main Street instead!
