Went there the other day to get food god knows how long I was in the drive through for. Got to the window the staff reackon I didn’t pay what a joke that is aye keep in mind I pay with cash too I guess it’s not finger licking good from that kfc in Warragul crappy place and people
Very unhappy, haven’t had it in 5 months still same old cold half filled chips, missing items, hard as a rock dinner roll, half filled go buckets, customers are paying for your wages pick up your game. Service fine food terrible
Ordered a bacon and cheese burger the bacon was so over cooked it just crumbled in to bits when touched.nThe short angry female manger on duty snatched the burger out of my hand and threw it across the room. I will not comment on the words that come out of her mouth but she is not suited for customer facing roles....
Really impressed with the service from the team on Friday night. We were advised of delay on wicked wings when ordering and reminded again at payment window. Very thorough and clear. We happily waited for hot fresh juicy chicken
I ordered a simple order online and came thru drive thru, Georgia handed me my food, I asked for salt on the chips, not hard. Went back inside and spoke to Georgia and she took the chips and put an excessive amount of salt on them and the box with her co workers and laughed about it. Darren, the store manager needs to do something about this as this is absolutely appalling.
