I would highly recommend that you stay away from this location.nTheir staff are completely incompetent.nThey have messed up my orders more than they have got it right.nThey charge you for customised burgers. Then only deliver the standard burger. And when you call them out on it the deflect the blame to someone other then themselves.nThe chicken it always drowning in oil and grease. And tasted like it’s wrotten.nThey don’t try to help you with correcting the order or an instant refund. They always only want to give you a instore credit.nBut I will never use an instore credit. As I never go into the store.
All 3 of our burgers .. 2 zingers and 1 bacon deluxe .. the chicken was rubbery and hard to chew! We got no cutlery or serviettes in our boxes. Service was OK. Chips were good.
well, i can't understand why management would only have one top notch lovely ,effecient person on at Lunch hour?nA lot of us had to wait for a long time, but she made it very worth while! What a lovely girl,very obliging and a great smile.nI wanted to take her home but my wifey wouldn't let me.
Worst kfc ever. The food was dripping with oil. Young kids were chatting and dancing around as kids do having a laugh and girl from behind counter told them it's a restaurant and don't act like that. Harmless fun and this woman tried to have some sort of authority over them. Absolutely uncalled for. Will never visit again.
I ordered 24 pieces of chicken nuggets and a set meal using the app. I also selected the sauce I wanted on the app, but I was not given any sauce for either the 24 pieces of chicken nuggets or the set meal. I didn’t realize it until I got home, but I didn’t want to go out again.
