I was shocked to find my meal half eatin it was advertised to be overflowing, when I asked the worker what was going on she said it's the proper serving size then she ate my food. Horrible service unbelievable
Normally I love kfc and part of that reason is for the great seasoning on their chips, this time kfc did not deliver, the chips were not salty in the slightest it’s almost like they forgot to put salt on at all, also the new hash browns taste exactly the same as the Maccas ones, so im slightly disappointed about this, otherwise my food took quite a while to come out but I will forgive them for this at it was lunch rush.
It is very clear that KFC is no longer cooking their fries long enough. Whomever has changed the timer on the length of time to cook chips, probably to rush through the orders, has compromised the food quality. The chips are just hard potatoes. Cmon KFC, you used to have great fries. You need to do better.
Worst kfc I've ever had. Chips were a soggy mess of hot potato and oil. Burgers looked like they'd been put together with a shotgun. The place wasn't busy either, so really no excuse for how bad it was. Staff friendly enough, but clearly don't care about the quality of the crap they served. Very dissappointing.
This is the worse KFC i have ever been too. Always short suplied no matter what we buy. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Always they are right. I am just pissed off with their service today bought things for dinner and almost all was short supplied and they size smaller. Just wasted my time and money ....
