I ordered 2 Cadbury cherry ripe McFlurries from the my maccas app last night at around 1:30am, the app allowed me to buy as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker the person speaking on it was so rude. I said to him “hi I have an online order” and he responded “that can’t be right because I had shut the system down for a reboot”.nI then replied well the app allowed me to make the order”, he then replied with “well there’s nothing I can do about it because my system is down”.nSo you’re saying that you can’t just put ice cream and a bit of flavour in a cup for me?? How is that my fault when your system was down but the app still allowed me to process the order? Be nice to people next time please.
A lovely clean McDonald's, the tables, floors, kids play area and toilets were all very clean. The staff were friendly. Just a nice place to be in with the plant vibe and chill space to hang out in.
Waited 10 mins to order, there were no other cars there, and another 10 minutes in the waiting bay. Was charged $19 for a 6 nugget happy meal and 2 hash browns. Should have only been $15.70. There were only 5 nuggets and no chips.
Horrible got drive thru got a cheese burger get home the bun is rock hard stale the cheese was hard as a rock the meat soggy cold wet took it back told them to look at it they wouldn't pathetic
faster then most maccas however dont go over night especially after 2am they never can serve as doing reboot and lately things have been inactive at this time
