Went into the store today 23rd March 2025 at 11:15am and placed my order. Thought I'd try the new hot cross bun flavoured pie. Was handed a 12 hour old pie, all of the inside was shrivelled up and dry. When I went back up and asked about it a staff member told me 'Must be an old sticker being used.' From the feel of the pie I doubted that was the case. The manager then came up and said 'We must of grabbed an old one here is a free coffee card. Here's a fresh one as well' Definitely was a very, very old pie.
Placed an order in store, granted yes it was during lunch rush, for a simple nugget meal. I then proceeded to wait over 20min while orders larger than mine, placed after me were served. Once I asked if I could get my order, I was ignored while trying to express my frustrations. Walked away from. Treated as invisible. I was handed my order, but the customer service was just blatant disrespectful. Especially from a 'crew coach' who I was watching work and had a sloppy approach from the moment I saw her. Feet dragging, no self pride or respect in her role, providing customers without certain things that come with their order because the bottle ran out and could be bothered getting another bottle. I have worked in a McDonald's before, unless you are under prepared, your stations should always be accordingly stocked, if not, either get the product or ask someone to grab it for you. Amazing how you can be 16 now and be treated as a 'manager' yet have absolutely no training.
There are always problems when you hire kids as service staff but these guys are actually pretty decent. The food is on par with any other Macca's but the service made the difference.
I ordered and waited 30 minutes rude customer service, asked for an exstra patty and they didn’t give it and a really small thin price of cheese easily the worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Very disappointing
Ordered on the Maccas app. 50 mins later I called the store to see what time my food would be coming as the time kept increasing. Was told its door dashes fault as no drivers, and to cancel the order if I’m not happy then basically hung up on. Um I ordered through the maccas app. Maccas confirmed the order, 55 mins later we’re still waiting for the food we ordered. Surely it is maccas responsibility to ensure there are drivers available before taking the order instead of wasting people’s time.
