Very Disappointed, what a shame! We have enjoyed all our meals over the years from Papa's Rich Noodles in Warragul. We have been loyal customers and always support local businesses where possible. Tonight we ordered two combination noddle dishes with seafood added. Our daughter ate some of the noodles and meat before we tried it. Once my husband and I tried the noodle dishes we realised that the prawns and chicken used were not fresh and tasted off. We politely rang and said we couldn't eat our meal as some of the meats where off and informed the manager we wanted her to know as to avoid people in our local community getting food poisoning. We asked for a full refund and told the manager we could bring the dishes back for her to see we hadn't ate them. The manager told us that she was not going to give us a refund. She believed that the chicken and prawns tasted off from the oil. Due to the manager refusing to refund the meal I thought it was best to write a Google review to inform members of our local community to be aware of how the business doesn't respect locals in our community and doesn't value regular customers. I hope we don't get food poisoning now :
The food was fantastic, and cooked on the spot too. It was hot and fresh, and the noodle bowls were absolutely filled to the brim. The fried rice bowl was around 90% full. We couldn't eat it all and had enough for leftovers the next day. We'll definitely be back.Food: 5/5
Visit here at least twice a week. Never had a bad meal here, prompt service , always happy to see you and will do their best to accommodate anything you may like removed or put into a dish.
Best fried rice I’ve ever had anywhere. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, meat/chicken/prawns cooked to perfection and big pieces of everything - none of those tiny prawns, these are the real deal! Generous portions, can easily feed 3 people with one serving. Full of flavour…. Noodles are amazing too. I won’t go anywhere else!
so my honest review - food is good .. at least the things that were still edible - got a delivery - order was over $100 and we heard the driver DROP our food which in turn resulted in 3 broken containers .. 2 so bad the food was filled with broken plastic - honey chicken tasted like someone had dropped the entire honey jar in there completely .. way too much honey - soggy chicken and some were so fatty u couldnt chew it. phone service wasnt an option and was hung up on when i asked about delivery as were new to town, so ordered online - came within the hour but i definatly recommend another driver thats for sure - he took NO CARE at all in the way he left our food leaking out the teared bag onto my front porch ... did call to complain about my experience but was told noone cared so easiest way is to leave a review! wont be back!

Tonight our order was wrong, took over an hour, and cost so much for not very good tasting food. So much oil at the bottom. We could not even finish it.
I ordered sambal chicken and Kung Pao chicken, both of which is lacking flavour and spice. In fact, they both taste the same..no taste, poor quality. I initially tried this based on Google reviews... massive disappointment.

I'm very specific with ordering and order the same thing each time due to food allergies. Non English speaking girl at front of counter only one taking orders got order wrong with the allergy foods. I brought food back and the cook argued that it's not their fault and my replacement I can have for free. Ummm I brought back the untouched food and have already paid and why argue. Just apologise and be done with it. We order from there quite regularly. This is the only time I've come in person to order & pick up. Usually order via phone. Edit * I have always phoned in my order and had it delivered. Now tonight they say you cannot order your food on the phone that you have to order online for delivery. Said the boss said it now as I was on phone. I asked to speak to the boss, they said no he's busy and hung up. I called back and they said boss is in Melbourne. Very bad service, lies and no care for the business or customer satisfaction.
