First time we ordered takeout it was amazing. However they forgot our drinks so that was annoying. Seconds time we ordered exactly the same takeaway but this time I received a completely different pizza. When we called they said they'd replace the pizza with the correct one and didn't apologize. When we got there to pick it up they said they had given us the right pizza the first time and refused to replace it. Customer service is seriously lacking. Staff are rude and don't know their menu.

Served mouldy garlic bread. Made worse by a unsympathetic manager who refused to refund our meal. Don't eat here unless you have good health insurance.

Had grit in the salad. Manager said he couldn't see it. Told him to eat it, if he wanted to chew sand. No apologies. The hospitality business is how you mange situations when it does not go according to plan.

Excellent service. Went out if their way to ensure one of the diners Gluten free requirements were met.

Value for Money food , beverage selection is not extensive! Service level not great - may be best to get take away - the pizza's are good.
