$17.95 kids meals for this tiny pizza which had a burnt base and bland pasta with red sauce. When are kids meals $17.95?! Lamb shanks was moist but had a burnt sauce. Chips were over cooked. The butter chicken was great! They need to stick to what they know. Service to order as great and accommodated us when we needed to move inside but food service was extremely slow and it came with an apology immediately. Not sure why it was given 4.2 star rating. Please make this place an indian restaurant cause you will be more successful in this style of cuisine.
Staff are all friendly, polite and nice. Food were all quite good. I like the volume of all the dishes!! Pizza was great. Salt & pepper calamari was amazing with good amount of salad! However the service was super slow. And somehow they forgot to cook my son's chicken burger. He ended up eating by himself in the end. BUT again, nice atmosphere to have meal and staff are all lovely.
Literally the worst scotch fillet steak I’ve ever had. It was very tough and chewy, very fatty, and was practically boiled inside. Also tasteless with no salt or seasoning whatsoever.nThe carrots and broccoli were also practically boiled and tasteless. The mash was okay, but very small amount and also lacked flavor. The gravy also seemed cheap. Worst of all the streak cost $51.90 so was expecting it to be decent. Although the menu says local gippsland steak, the staff couldn’t tell me where it was from when asked.nThe sauces that came with other dishes also seemed like a cheap type from a jar.nThe prices are way to high for the quality of food and service.nDefinitely won’t be recommending or coming back.
Really enjoyed our evening at The Court House Restaurant. Great service and food. We were looked after by Thariq , always remembers us , this makes us feel special.
Very nice setting to enjoy a well cooked meal.nnI ate the roast lamb ghee curry with rice,nIt was more expensive than I am used to paying at my local Indian restaurants however that is not to say it was very flavoursome and cooked perfectly.nnThe size of the dish is deceiving as when it first came out I thought it was small but it was actually quite filling and satisfying.nnI have never had indian food served in. A more upmarket way and I quite enjoyed both the presentation and of course the delicious taste.nnThey also have more western style dishes but expect to pay a more up market price on steak and Parma then in Melbourne.nnOverall I really enjoyed the food and I would recommend if your looking for a safe bet on a quality meal.
