A pleasant place to eat if you visit Warragul. A nice old building. The menu offering has a wide selection but basic. We had a burger and spaghetti carbonara. Both were nice. Prices are a little more than you would expect but that’s probably because it’s possibly the nicest place to eat in Warragul.

Staff are all friendly,polite and nice. Food were all quite good. I like the volume of all the dishes!! Pizza was great. Salt & pepper calamari was amazing with good amount of salad! However the service was super slow. And somehow they forgot to cook my son's chicken burger. He ended up eating by himself in the end. BUT again, nice atmosphere to have meal and staff are all lovely.

Had a recommendation for The Courthouse so it was only a   matter of time that we visited.  The ambience inside is just wonderful and the open fire is beautiful especially on the cold day that we visited.  There was a huge selection of meals to choose from.  All of chose from the specials that day and this came with a glass of wine or beer.  I chose the house Sauvignon Blanc and was very nice.  We will be making the trip again to the Courthouse very soon for lunch and I think it will be a regular for all of us.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR GET NEW OWNERS!!! This is the worst I have ever seen this place, all foreign staff who are rude or don’t speak english. Service is absolutely terrible with a rude bartender who thinks it is acceptable that we wait 30+ minutes for our drinks as he is ‘busy taking food’! The young waitresses are nice and seem to be a lot more competent but does not make up for poor experience and value for the ridiculous prices and they are clearly overworked and understaffed! Plenty of places in warragul you can spend your money and leave with a good experience, will not be going back and I will be making sure family and friends don’t either

Got the impression that this restaurant has never done Christmas lunch before, the wait was way too long between courses, 1 to 1 1/2hrs between entrees and main.nNo Christmas spirit at all, not a tree, bon bon or any tinsel in sight.nCould only eat part of main meal as meat was undercooked and very tough.nWaiting so long was quite hard for a diabetic who took insulin when entee came out..sugars were dropping rapidly whilst waiting for main meal.nFor a sitting that was told to us had to be no longer than 90 minutes, took nearly 3hrs to be served.nLots of customers were not impressed. Will not be back.
