Since their expansion, don’t expect timely service or any welcoming vibes. Not uncommon to wait 30+ minutes for a take away coffee anymore, even when it’s not a peak time. Whether it’s 7am, 11am, or in the afternoon, you’re in for a wait. Most of the pre-existing staff are all great, but with the expansion came the hiring of a LOT of new staff... who just seem to stand around chatting before doing their actual jobs. With more resources than ever, Frankie’s has gone completely downhill.. will be finding a new cafe.

Omg the food and coffee is amazing. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality and presentation of the meals that we ordered. We visited on New Year's Day and I expected to see half asleep staff. But no everyone was all smiles and welcoming. Frankie's Warragul is a great relaxing cafe and everyone is all smiles. I work in customer service and these guys have it all worked out. My golden rule is leave your problems at the door when you arrive at work and make the customer feel welcome and valued. These guys are the experts. Well done Team Frankie's and I wish you all the success for 2018. To all of the other cafes out there that aren't doing too good, take a leaf out of Frankie's Warragul's book.

Visited Frankie's for brunch on our way to Lakes Entrance. It was a group of 6 people and a kid. We found the place on internet at last minute hence couldn't book a table. The staff were kind to arrange a table for us. They had good option for vegetarians. The food was good. The options were different than the usual. There was a slight miss for one of the orders but they fixed it for us.

Good take away coffee, if you have time to wait. I get a morning coffee here once or twice a week when I'm in town for work and there's always a long wait for a coffee to be made, regardless of if they're busy or quiter.

A very trendy, funky place to sit back and have a nice meal. The furniture is a miss-match of ecclectic and comfortable, creating a really relaxed and laid back environment with an up-scale stylized menu. You can come in for just a coffee or a meal and drink, either way the staff are bubbley and all smiles. It can become a little busy - but thats to be expected in a growing business. My only criticsm: the quesadillas need some chilli beans! :)
