HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Made a booking for 25 people and the host was required to make a booking deposit for $10 per head. On the day 4 people couldn't make it so 21 people dined in at the restaurant. Food was good, however when it came to paying the man at the desk required we pay 'the host' $10 from our meal price and then pay the restaurant the rest....how ridiculous! We suggested that the shop pay the deposit back to 'the host' and we pay the full price of the meal. Then the man only gave 'the host ' $210 back ($40 short from the holding deposit) when questioning why, it was because 4 people didn't turn up so they don't get it back. When disputing this policy we were spoken to poorly and had to pay regardless. We left very disappointed with the customer service in the way we were treated and spoken to.

Loved other Thai Restaurants in the area but this is now our favourite Thai. Food is delicious and the owners know their Thai food. Eat there regularly now.

Finally found a decent Thai restaurant in Warragul/Drouin. Tasty fresh food, ample servings with friendly staff.
