Always consistent,tasty pizza for the hole family the price is great $3 mini pizzas that my kids love and so do I. Great value and the staff are friendly. We always stop in on our way back home from the city we live in Newboroug but your Domino's store is by far the best around.
Waited an hour and a half for food and when ringing the store I couldn’t get through to anyone, when they finally answered the phone I was told that they had 150 pizzas to make ahead of mine and it would get there soon, *click* was hung up on and waited another 20 mins for the pizzas, when delivered they were half cooked and very inedible, this is always the case but I always get sucked in for the convenience of it. I have vowed off ANY dominos from now on.
Ordered online for contactless pick up only to be told once I was there they don’t offer contactless pickup as that was only during covid I’m outside their front door in my car on the phone to them , interesting it still shows it on their website and on the front four of the shop . Not impressed as I need a wheelchair to access any shops .
Always hot delicious pizza that's cheap with the best customer service around, super friendly lovely staff, what more could you ask for, totally fallen in love with their vegetarian pizza. Five outa five!
Never answer the phone - I tried calling 3 weekends in a row to the store number not the central one and nobody would answer so I walked in the store and they had 3 people cooking barely and another going nothing and letting the phone ring out
Ordered through door dash but dominos uses their own drivers. Still waiting for my food after an hour and 20min it’s saying order completed but I haven’t received anything and it’s taken money from my account. I’ve tried calling the store directly several times and no one has answered the phone I’ve called five times over 30min. Very unhappy terrible customer service if you can call it that since they don’t even answer the phone! UPDATE: I drove all the way down to have to see that they were closed for the night I spoke to one of the employees and he told me the manager left at 7:30 because he was sick so they had to close. The fact I had to drive all the way down to find this out is ridiculous! And I won’t be getting my food until tomorrow now they are also giving my money back but that’s besides the point especially since I ordered at 6:45. Very disappointed!!! 2nd UPDATE: Got my complimentary pizza earlier tonight after the stuff around from last night just to be given food poisoning!!!! SERIOUSLY GUYS?!? NEVER GOING TO WARRAGUL DOMINOS AGAIN!!!
Delivery person dropped pizza at front door without even attempting to ring door bell....completely cold pizza and when called warragul dominoes was told "to bad"...will never order from warragul dominoes again
Enjoyed the pizzas and the sides, meat balls in BBQ sauce was fantastic. Managed to get a deal that fed my extended family.
Ordered 3 pizza’s and 3 chicken tenders. Went back in to get them and was told I had never ordered 3 tenders when the bloke had repeated the order to me and I had paid for it. Get half way home, mind you it’s a 40 min drive. To find out one of the pizza’s aren’t done properly and had everything on it that I had ASKED to have taken off and wasn’t changed. Paid over $50 for this. To only come out with 2 pizza’s. Am NOT HAPPY.
Food is always on time and made well. Never had any issues with this store and have ordered numerous times from here, all being good experiences. Friendly service, on time and good food. good job.
