Bought a zinger burger box from the counter, mistake. Seemed to take forever while car after car transitioned the drive through. Couldn't work out if the burger just came out of the freezer and was microwaved, still not certain which was cooler, the bun or the chicken. Chips were ok, but seemed like I could count them on my fingers. Potato and gravy had a odd flavour, don't think potato though. Two small bits of chicken on the side, maybe off a chick rather than chicken, nice though. What's happening to the towelettes? Are my hands getting bigger, they have shrunk completely. Whole meal was shrinkflation. Overall rating, pandemic starter. Parking: Don't park, use the drive-thru.
Run down, Needs a rebuild. Building outside the perimeter on surrounding land is constantly causing dirt on outside area, reason it isnt sanitised. Guys need help at the store. Second time eating there and got a tummy ache... this time it went away. Looks like I'm getting immune. Place is filth. Needs a rebuild after construction around perimeter is completed.
Easily the WORST KFC Store EVER!!! :- If I could give a MINUS 5, I would!!! Honestly, STAY AWAY!!! Pathetic!!! Got there around 7:30pm to pick up my Order via Drive Through. I advised my Order Number. Asked to Drive Through, then asked to join the huge queue in the nearby Carpark at least 8+ cars already there and waiting and more vehicles joining us!!. 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 MINTUES!!! Whilst I was waiting, I noticed two people loading two vehicles with ARM FULLS of KFC Buckets!! They filled TWO CAR LOADS! That certainly explained the very long wait and A LOT of very angry waiting KFC Customers!!! That should have been a specialty CATERING ORDER!! There was a young fella literally running around to all the waiting vehicles with their Orders. Finally got to me. Said here's my Order and ran away... Now I had only 15 minutes left of my dinner time. Got back to work. Opened the paper bag and..... on top of everything else... WRONG ORDER!!! To say I am furious is an understatement!! 2 x cold Chips and this horrible Slab Popcorn Chicken; which I would never Order... So here I am 5 minutes of dinner time left, haven't eaten all day, with the wrong Order and the food I did receive, I would never Order!! THE WHOLE LOT WENT IN THE BIN!! What an absolute mess, waste of time, waste of money and utter mismanagement!! Be careful KFC! Everyone is selling fried chicken now days and Red Rooster has really upped their game - big time!!! I put in a formal KFC online Compliant. :-
Don't bother wasting your time. Poor leadership, bad planning waiting for food is common. poor listening skills missing food in order. more frustration than it's worth. Not willing to give any more chances. Give your mental health a break don't go there.Food: 1/5
Terrible is the best rate for the milpera KFC , the quality is not the target of this franchise, instead is the profit, they know how to destroy the flavour of a great food , and customer service is not what they have in the table. Very disappointing ;
The food was just about what you'd expect from KFC no complaints. The problem was with the service. When I went through their drive through they didn't put everything in. Time and time again I have to stop and go into the store, they keep forgetting basics like soviets, wipes, forks, knives, part of my order or the drinks. They just pack things as quickly as possible and close the window. You don't even get to check your bag and make sure everything is there. One positive is that there is lot of parking outside, and it's relatively empty inside. There are a few stray cats about, chuck em a bone or two, the poor things look hungry!
This is usually my favourite but today I purchased hot wicked wings and it was over cooked and ver dry hard to bite I contacted restaurant informed the female personnel was was told to send pictures via the email they would respond but still waiting for the response poor service and quality
I always go through drive thru ,food is fresh,customer friendly service,Food: 5/5
Popcorn chicken is little more than some chicken flakes in batter.. a go box today had maybe half the "popcorn" was just batter. Looks more like large crumbs than anything else. Last week was the same. We went to Liverpool last night and was surprised to find THEIR Popcorn chicken actually had chicken in it and was much larger so it's not a KFC-wide thing. The "large" one in the top left of the pic is actually flat and no chicken to be seen.
Was 9 kids in there... they look at you they don't engage you.. unless you pull them aside, took me 6 mins to order., they need better training
