I always request changes within the Zinger box which makes it as far from default as possible. This KFC got it 100% correct, I even added changes as they were making it because I forgot and they politely fixed it up no problem. Best KFC visit in such a long time with fresh ingredients and good presentation.
Asked for all wingettes and I don't think I even got wicked wings. These look like hot and spicy pieces. Would not recommend this KFC
One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered the new Mega Burger Feast for store pickup, and when we got there, it wasn’t even ready We waited over 20 minutes just standing around. What we finally got was straight-up garbage. The wrap was completely inedible, like chewing on cardboard. The potato and gravy? Tasted like actual vomit seriously disgusting. The chicken tenders were dry, rubbery, and nasty dog food would be a compliment. Even the BBQ dipping sauces tasted expired and gross.nnI’ve had KFC from other locations and they were way better than this. This store is an absolute joke no quality, no care, just pure laziness. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered the Giant feast and 10 pieces of wicked wings, and had ask for 11 Hot n Spicy and 4 original pieces for my daughter.nInstead I got all Hot and Spicy so my daughter had only the nuggets.nI try to call the store but no one would pick up the phone.nThis was once a good store.nVery disappointing in this store.
we went through drive through at 4:20pm 1/9/2024 the girl at the first window wearing a hijab was so rude and giving lots of attitude. we ordered a packed lunch and the fried cookie dough to try. she didn’t even add the cookie dough to our order and only charged us for the lunch without letting us know. the guy in the second window just shoved the bag in our face and shut the door. when we asked why we didn’t get it they just said that we weren’t charged and to go through drive through again. NEVER coming here again and if the managers are seeing this, as someone’s who’s worked at kfc before train them again they’re a huge liability and ruining the experience for customers. p.s the food wasn’t good. the burger was poorly made with everything falling apart it was also poorly packaged and the fries were stale and not even seasoned oh and how could i forget. the gravy and mash had expired
