Pizza was ordered for our staff lunch at 10:40 am for a 12 pm delivery. It is 12:37 now and the pizza still hasn't showed up, the store never bothered to call to let us know and the online tracker now says "12:53 pm delivery" even though apparently it was "ready in store" over 20 minutes ago. So is our pizza arrive an hour late and out of the oven 45 minutes earlier? I've also been on hold with the store to try to talk to a human for 15 minutes now, with no end in sight. I understand people get busy around this time of year, but if you're going to be delivering something that is obviously lunch for a business almost an hour late - call.

It's Domino's so you know what to expect but the service is good and the toppings are reasonably consistent.

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had ever experienced very rude obnoxious people working there even there manger at the time did not care about the service his staff was given out ....after argument with staff & management they complied with me but Buy that time the damage was done ..look what I had to resort to a full argument and all i asked was to LEAVE OUT TWO INGREDIENTS ON A PIZZA MIND U NOT ADD LEAVE OUT WHICH I CANT BELIEVE THEY SAID NO TOO ..dominos pizza really need to look into the people who buy there franchises or at least do something about getting some structure in how people are hired ..I’m so fired up that I will never ever recommend dominos to anyone or nor will I ever buy that pizza again ..I just hope this message leads to the right people at dominos otherwise in future dominos will be losing customers as fast as they can make pizzas..DO NOT BUY PIZZAS FROM REVESBY DOMINOS DO YOURSELVES ALL A FAVOUR ..and one star is too much if I can give no star I will but the system won’t allow it ...
