It’s maccas …. The drive through staff need to put more attention on the orders always they miss something or made orders wrong! Is pretty annoying . Walk away to finish the order it’s not good .
Possibly the worst experience I've had here as it's usually pretty good.nnStaff ignored my son asking for tomato sauce. All the bins were overflowing with liquids seeping onto the floor. I think management aren't hiring enough help and staff are just overworked.nnBurgers were great but fries were lukewarm
Let me say I have only ever given a bad review a few times in my whole life.nI am however happy to take the time to leave favourable reviews for a job well done.nMy Daughter and I stopped into McDonald’s on the way to Canberra from Sydney so I have had plenty of time to brood about our fateful visit to McDonald’s Milperra.nIt was 6.30AM and we were the only people in the store. I ordered a Ham, Cheese AND Tomato toastie with EXTRA Salt for the tomato! My Daughter ordered a Sausage McMuffin. We forgot to order a Skim Milk Iced Coffee so ordered it immediately after.nRESULT:nAs the service was so VERY SLOWn•A COLD Ham and Cheese toastie.nNO TOMATO OR SALTn•A COLD Sausage McMuffinn•The Skim Milk Iced CoffeenThe Skim Milk Iced Coffee was made with THICK SYRUP, which tasted dreadful.nWe were told that “It always came with syrup”. She was then was asked if she a diabetic??!! They did remake it.n•There was a flyer on the wall advertising a free Drink for Seniors card holders which I am and showed him my seniors card.nStanding at the poster he blankly looked at me and said “I haven’t heard of that”!nAfter asking several times I finally got my small lemonade!nFor a quick stop it unfortunately turned into a full scale failure. The reviews are all similar so it seems that McDonald’s Milperra is definitely one to steer clear of!
I have ordered classic Angus. They gave me the burger in a smaller bun saying Angus bun not available. Which is cheating as I was not informed about smaller size burger but I need to pay the same money
Fast food standards have completely dropped no matter where you go, but even this was worse than that. Chips were old and cold As always but not only that they went above and beyond by half packing them and not even putting salt on them, they just chucked salt packets in the bag. Really? You can't even be bothered to salt chips anymore?nnThe lettuce on my burger was terrible too. I didn't think they would be able to stuff the burger up so I only have pictures of the chips, but come on man. Paying $15+ for a large meal and the drink is the best part of it. Ridiculous. Up your standards
