Always empty, long wait times and many mistakes. Customer service here leaves a fair bit to be imagined. Worth 3 stars for food, 2 stars for speed, 2 stars for staff presentation, 2 stars for customer service, 3 stars for price, 1 stars for order accuracy. Details as follows... CONS: Some staff are rude, the toilet is not usually kept clean, you always need to check your order for mistakes, When ordering "warm", the coffee is served well above the normal temperature (I rate based on 65°C as "normal"), so you need to specify warm as a general rule (or don't expect to drink it for a good 30 minutes). No almond milk or McDonald's wet wipes - both of which are now seen in many McDonalds restaurants in NSW. Staff always seem over rostered and unhappy/bored, they chat a lot to each other. PROS: Staff always correct their errors, cleaning in the restaurant is good, fairly priced

This place has really gone down hill. Big Mac had lettuce on outside of burger with very little sauce and my cheeseburger patty was put in folded. Pretty sure my 2 year old could do a better job.

Over staffed and under serviced, one check out boy clearly under stress while other staff were idling around with other staff members. Food took forever to come out, and saw customers cleaning the tables themselves. The car park was littered with rubbish. Next time go down the road to the other MacDonalds near Bankstown airport and buddings it's a complete 180 degrees. Cleaner, faster, and friendly staff.

I like revesby macca's, cause I always get good service and fresh burgers etc every time I go there. Also it's resides with a few other establishments such as a laundromat, party supply shop, the Millperra palms hotel, and a 7/11 service station. And across the road is another little group of shops, one of them being a chemist & bottle shop another food establishment & a couple of other establishments.

Awful experience multiple times now, not even busy with lunch rush and had been asked to use the touch screens due to paying with eftpos. Ordered the meal printed receipt and had to ask why my number hadn't come up after higher numbered meals were coming out. Approached staff with a pitiful apology.
