Every time I order from this store there is always an issue with the meals, usually it is something as simple as having no flavour in the drinks. Today was the worst, I ordered a mega meal and didn’t check my food until I got to the cheeseburger and noticed there was mould all over the bottom of the bun, I feel sick even thinking about it and didn’t even get a refund for the purchase. Not only that, but both medium chips were half filled, cold and gross which is almost the standard for every time I’ve been here. Completely dissatisfied and won’t be returning here ever.
I had a truly disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Revesby tonight. Upon arriving, I was shocked to see only two staff members on duty, which led to painfully slow service—over 20 minutes just to get a large fries and a drink!nnThe lack of staff also meant the place was in an appalling state. The toilets were filthy with waste on the floor, and the tables were sticky and unclean. It was honestly one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been to.nnI’m baffled as to why the franchisee thought it was acceptable to have just two people working on a Saturday night, which is typically a busy time. It’s clear that this location needs more staff to handle both the service and cleanliness. Definitely not up to the standard you’d expect from McDonald’s.
Disappointing Experience at Revesby McDonald’snnI visited Revesby McDonald’s yesterday, Saturday, January 11, at 4:25 PM through the drive-through. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards.nnAfter giving my order code at the speaker where the interaction felt rushed and robotic, I arrived at the final window to collect my coffee. The cup had not been sealed properly, resulting in the drink spilling all down the side of my car, onto my blue jeans, and into the electronics of my car window. Fortunately, the coffee was cold, which prevented burns but still caused significant damage and inconvenience.nnA staff member named Piper was extremely apologetic and handled the situation professionally by offering to make another coffee. However, the replacement coffee was also cold. I declined the second cold coffee and requested to speak with the restaurant manager, Josh.nnWhen Josh arrived, his demeanor was unprofessional. After being informed of the situation, his only response was, “I can either give you a full refund or another coffee.” No genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or damage caused was offered.nnThis entire experience was deeply disappointing. The lack of care in handling the coffee, coupled with the unprofessional attitude from the manager, reflects poorly on the standards of this location.nnI am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the damage caused to my car. I hope the management at Revesby McDonald’s takes customer feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to prevent incidents like this in the future.
Came in today through drive thru and was given absolutely rubbish for a meal. Dirty oil used and black spots all on my fries. It smelt absolutely disgusting. Came in and asked the people performance manager on shift, Clara Hoang, for a refund. She told me “I can replace the fries for you” and I asked again for a full refund because if you’re not giving me fresh fries, how can I trust that the food you’re giving me isn’t old?. Gave me attitude as well as gave the other customers attitude and she did not apologise or care. It’s not my responsibility if you’re angry because YOU failed to give clean food to people and they bought it back. This attitude was just as appalling as the food and unacceptable especially as I was very nice in asking.
McDonald’s in Revesby was my first time going inside the McDonald’s on the soft serve machine to put my order for Grilled Chicken Meal with Mozzarella Sticks so when I order my meal there was no receipt so I paid my money in front of the counter to order my food. The service was not bad because not much staffs were working there so I waited patiently for my order the food for my food for 13 minutes I decided to watch YouTube on phone when my order number was called out I find a good seat to sit on at Maccas. The Negative Part was the toilets were out of order due to Vandalism which one of the staffs told them not to go inside the toilets. I enjoyed my food which is nice and made fresh.
