I bought a 6 nugget happy meal, 10nuggets and a minecraft meal. Was told I had to wait for my order because it was fresh. Little did I know I waited for burnt nuggets and old fries. Very disappointing!! Every time I go to this maccas, without a doubt there is a reason to be disappointed!
I went from drive through 2 times, 1st time in the morning I ordered choc and custard pie, but I get something different. I had to went inside to change.no apologise at all. 2nd time, I bought from drive through again, I ordered 2 Oreo mcflurry, when I got the food, only one. I was told I only paid for 1, yes. Because I didn't know they only put 1 into their system. I asked can I order another one? She said I go get for you. Then she return with a receipt...I asked again, can I order 1 more. No apologies again and tell me there was nothing can be ordered there. I'm pretty sure they can order and asked me to pay for it again. She just didn't want to. Not about the money, only about the upset and attitude. Never buy anything from that one again, will go to Padstow next time. I don't deserve this kind of service!
I had a truly disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Revesby tonight. Upon arriving, I was shocked to see only two staff members on duty, which led to painfully slow service—over 20 minutes just to get a large fries and a drink!nnThe lack of staff also meant the place was in an appalling state. The toilets were filthy with waste on the floor, and the tables were sticky and unclean. It was honestly one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been to.nnI’m baffled as to why the franchisee thought it was acceptable to have just two people working on a Saturday night, which is typically a busy time. It’s clear that this location needs more staff to handle both the service and cleanliness. Definitely not up to the standard you’d expect from McDonald’s.
salad is disgusting, cherry tomatoes is already decayed, so does cucumbers! Burger is cold and the. Letter inside is black… table service is a joke! Never come back again!
Disappointing Experience at Revesby McDonald’snnI visited Revesby McDonald’s yesterday, Saturday, January 11, at 4:25 PM through the drive-through. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards.nnAfter giving my order code at the speaker where the interaction felt rushed and robotic, I arrived at the final window to collect my coffee. The cup had not been sealed properly, resulting in the drink spilling all down the side of my car, onto my blue jeans, and into the electronics of my car window. Fortunately, the coffee was cold, which prevented burns but still caused significant damage and inconvenience.nnA staff member named Piper was extremely apologetic and handled the situation professionally by offering to make another coffee. However, the replacement coffee was also cold. I declined the second cold coffee and requested to speak with the restaurant manager, Josh.nnWhen Josh arrived, his demeanor was unprofessional. After being informed of the situation, his only response was, “I can either give you a full refund or another coffee.” No genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or damage caused was offered.nnThis entire experience was deeply disappointing. The lack of care in handling the coffee, coupled with the unprofessional attitude from the manager, reflects poorly on the standards of this location.nnI am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the damage caused to my car. I hope the management at Revesby McDonald’s takes customer feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to prevent incidents like this in the future.
