Long term customer of el jannah.nAs the comments below me have stated, it has gone downhill since opening. It seems to only have kids working there which is fine if they had some sort of customer service and could get basic things right.nnLong wait times in drive through / forgotten items / portion sizes decreased.nnHead office need to step in and sort out this place out before customers stopnComing backnnUpdate on this review this place is uselessnnI went back to give them another chance order all chicken breast and they can’t even get that rightnnWon’t be returning
Burnt chicken! Other El Jannah stores serve much better than this. Will think twice before visiting this store. Atmosphere is as good as the other stores. Plenty of parking available in the parking lot.
Entered today with my son and partner. Was greeted straight away from the young man behind the counter. Ordered to dine in and this young man was just absolutely polite and happy. Took me back to the days of when customer service was number 1. Was given my number and we decided to sit outside. Within 5mins our food was served. The young man double checked everything ok and I said yes. I then asked him for his name and he told me it's Tarek . Tarek, I would just love to say thankyou for making our dine in experience with el jannah Bankstown a wonderful experience. Our food was beautifully nice and fresh . We will be returning soon. Great service Tarek amd keep that smile
I visited this morning and was met with a young man which I'd never experienced before. It was a nice welcome! Nice personal touch. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with my order but the team listened to me and gave me a fresh order. I really appreciated the patience the team showed me and overall their attitude towards this. My order was delicious, thank you very much! I'd happily come back
Good chicken restaurant with quick service.nThe food was fresh and tasty.nSeveral tables available on the side, indoor and at the back.nnVery limited vegetarian options, but you can get a vegetarian salad or wrap.
