The chicken was of really good quality and served quite promptly, not dry at all. The chips were better than regular fast food but ofc could be improved in crunch and texture. The garlic sauce was really well made and had a really good garlicky taste that complimented perfectly with all aspects of the meal. Would reccomend for others for any occassion.

I ordered a Fattoush salad, and to my shock and disgust, I discovered a metal bolt inside the salad.nnI’m honestly beyond disgusted and furious. How does a bolt even end up in food? This is a massive health hazard — completely reckless and dangerous. This could’ve caused serious injury.nAbsolutely appalling. Serious action need to be taken to ensure this NEVER happens again.nnThis is completely unacceptable and extremely dangerous. Had I not noticed it in time, I could have suffered a serious injury. This raises serious questions about your food safety handling and quality control procedures.nnI expect an immediate response, a full refund for this order, and a detailed explanation of how such a serious incident could occur. WORST MEAL EXPERIENCE/DELIVERYn9/7/25nOrdered 2 x Spicy crispy chicken boxes,1/2 charcoal chicken and small pickles.nOrder placed through the El Jannah app for delivery at 6:38 arriving 1hr 23 mins later at 8:01 a very long wait time. Chicken boxes, burger was the only thing that was worth eating, the chips, chicken strips and wing were cold. CHARCOAL CHICKEN was BURNT!!! I could smell it before I took it out of the bag, horribly burnt like smell, how on earth is this acceptable!! This has got to be the WORST El Jannah meal experienced for delivery. I have been to this establishment before, DINE IN and the food was really good.
I recently visited Al Jannah and attempted to order the family meal, only to be informed that it was delayed and not available. Disappointed, I opted to build my own meal instead, ordering two chickens with pickles and extra garlic, skipping drinks. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.nnThe meal cost over $60, and I was surprised to find that the cucumber pickles were nothing like the authentic Lebanese flavors I've come to expect. To add to my frustration, the chicken was served cold, despite my request for it to be well done.nnAs a loyal customer for over 15 years, I’m saddened to witness the decline in quality. It appears that with expansion, maintaining high standards has become a challenge for Al Jannah. I’ve always enjoyed their food and recommended them to others, but after this visit, my enthusiasm has waned. The meal left a bad taste—cold chicken, disappointing pickles, and an overall lack of value. I hope they can restore what made them great, but for now, you've lost my loyalty.
Moderately priced food, but oh so good. The garlic dipping sauce is awesome! This chicken is REAL CHARCOAL chicken and retains its smoky umami flavour even for leftovers in fridge which make awesome sagngas on a baguette. I predict that given the location this restaurant sees its peak times in the evening to late which might be one reason that ordering lunchtime the service was very quick or it's that way regardlessnStaff were polite and ordering was easy.nOne thing about this particular location as compared to Liverpool, Chester Hill, and others is that is fairly quiet and easy to find parking despite being on a main road kind of in the middle of nowhere unless you're on the way to Bankstown Hospital!!
