The store advised chicken would be 25 mins for original which I thought no worries. I'm in no rush. 6 pieces of chicken and a hot wings bucket. I was stocked that we got fresh chicken but when we got home which was about 30mins away it was still nice and hot. I can deal with rude or no good customer service and waiting but out of the 6 pieces we got 2 drum sticks the size of a lighter. And the go bucket must have been packed when we ordered as the chips were stone cold but dry. Not a lot to be joyous about but learnt that there is no reason to wait for chicken at this KFC as service is zero when dealing with an issue and quality is low and so too is the customers experience. The girl on the drive through must have had a hard night as her attitude came through the mix like I was an interruption to her night even though I'm waiting 25 mins. The 1 star is for the nice girl who brought the bag out to usnAt least she read the order out and it was raining so.
Useless the girl on the mic kept asking if I was done rather than actually listening to the order I new she was going to get it wrong, large chips missing, zinger wrap wasn’t folded and the 6 piece original recipe included 2 wings with no chicken on them. I will be requesting a refund. Was also some massive problemnWith this girl to give us the drinks we paid for useless.
A nice KFC store and all in all had a pleasant experience here. Toilets were clean too which to me is a massive bonus. The tables were freshly wiped down when we arrived for a belated lunch. Also, I recommend completing the survey using the QR code on your receipt - this unlocked a free 600ml drink for us!
Worker Lydia was very rude not just to myself but to everyone who ordered and would be sarcastic and say nasty things. Made it almost awkward to order. Was on her phone barely looked up at us when we ordered.
I ask the lady in drive through to make order 24 nuggets for $10.49, she said to me, sorry we are not able to make this order any more!!!nWhen I ask why, she response we just don't make it any more, if you like 10 pcs of nuggets for $9.95 available.nnThey rip off the customersnTo devid the original order to make more money.
