Service and food always good. The owner is a nice man. Never had an issue. Some reviewers complain about certain things and how they don't negotiate well. I have never experienced this. As for it being loud, that's different. Sat and some Sun nights are "club" middle eastern style. So there is a live band. You need to be aware of this as this is their business model. Most other restaurants like this do the same thing. He does need to fix his website though

Didn't put much for on plate. Although, bread is nice and soft, made on site and fresh! This is why we come to Summerland!!

Great middle easter cuisines. Attended office Christmas party here, a nice experience but would have been a lot better with the air condtion turned on.. ;)
