All you can eat hotpot. Had made bookings to avoid waiting time. Overall is pretty good. First select the soup base. Many varieties to choose on food and sauces. However, while the table was cleaned but the chairs were not clean, some food are left on different chairs. Also there might be a line to get the food once it's busy.
Yummy food. Paid $39 $12 extra for drinks on a Sunday lunch. Menu could be larger, atleast desserts could be included but it wasn’t. No hot food only cold varieties.
*LUNCH TIME is until 2PM, NOT 3PM*nnThe food is great and the soup is average. Very good value considering the price.nnArrived at around 1.40pm for lunch and were advised that we can eat in there until 3pm but have to grab all food by 2pm because the buffet area will be closed after that. Then were told that if we can't finish all food and leave too much there will be a charge for wasting.nnWe accepted the deal because my partner just had a surgery in the morning and really wanted to have hot pot as her first meal. So we grabbed all our food in one run, enjoyed, and couldn't finish. Paid 20 more dollars for not being able to eat all the food we took it home tho so still not a bad deal.nnI felt bad and embarrasing because I don't like to waste food at all. Yet it's really difficult to get the precise amount of food in just one single run.nnStaff there explained the rule beforehand and we accepted it so paying more isn't a problem at all. The problem is that the information was NOT correctly revealed. If I knew that the buffet area will be closed by 2pm I would have picked somewhere else to eat I did give up some other hot pot restaurants because they close by 2pm.nnIf the buffet is closed by 2pm then your business hour is until 2pm. Even though people can eat until whenever later than 2pm, you are not capable of accepting new customers after that so your business hour is STILL until 2PM. Hope this make sense to you.nnDefinitely love the hot pot here. It even made me homesick. Just hope the information can be amended.
Crowded on Weekends, it means a guaranteed standard of its core hotpot buffet business. Easy to order your soup base and paid beverages and other cooked food from the counter.
Best hotpot ever! Delicious and fresh food with a wide variety to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff, including a patient and knowledgeable restaurant manager who deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!nThank you Thank you for a great night
